We’re looking for a full-time Garage Door Service Professional to join our team! In this role, you’ll receive assigned service calls, travel to customers’ homes, diagnose issues, and complete high-quality repairs with professionalism and care. Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial garage doors, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and openers, • Perform safety inspections and educate customers on repair options and preventative maintenance, • Provide clear, written estimates; secure approvals; and complete jobs efficiently and safely, • Recommend products/services that genuinely benefit the customer (no pressure tactics), • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and accurate job notes/photos in our CRM, • Support teammates, share knowledge, and jump in where needed, • 3+ years of professional garage door service experience (mandatory), • Strong troubleshooting skills across major door and opener brands, • Excellent customer communication and professionalism in the home, • Self-starter mentality, dependable, and safety-first mindset, • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, use ladders, and work on your feet throughout the day, • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR; able to pass background/drug screenAbout Company Aaron Overhead Doors is an employee-first company with a bold mission: to be the best place to work in and around Atlanta.
