Overview Provides clinical leadership to promote increased compliance with a range of quality and cost measures and standards of care. Manages service delivery of inter-professional and para-professional team members working on an individual case or population of cases. Overview Works as a member of an interdisciplinary care team at a NORC (Naturally Occurring Retirement Community) or Senior Living Retirement Community location and is responsible to coordinate a broad range of health and social services to help support older residents to age in their own homes. Overview Provides care management for clients in collaboration with the Wellness case management team consistent with WeCARE and the VNS Home Care policy and requirements of the Wellness Care Management program. Facilitates the coordination of services between the varying providers for clients with complex psychiatric and/or co-morbid medical conditions who are deemed to be temporarily unable to work. Ensures efficient and successful access and linkage to the full array of necessary physical and behavioral health services. Coordinates effective communication between all providers to the ultimate benefit of the patient. Works under close supervision. The WeCARE Wellness Program, funded by the Human Resources Administration, provides coordinated care for clients with medical or behavioral health conditions who are temporarily unable to work. After a clinical assessment, eligible clients are assigned to a care manager who maintains a caseload of 70 clients and provides monthly follow-ups. Care managers connect clients to essential treatment providers and community resources to help stabilize their condition. The program includes support from wellness health coaches, who conduct outreach, facilitate workshops, and assist the care management team, as well as an operations team that ensures smooth program delivery. We also have Qualified Health professionals, such as licensed social workers, who complete clinical assessments and manage clients who need enhanced case management. This position provides an opportunity for an experienced HVAC technician with at least seven (7) years' relevant experience to work with a dedicated facilities group, deepen his/her technical skills, and help ensure that Uncommon provides well-maintained, comfortable, and safe educational facilities for our students and staff. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Facilities Management Team, the HVAC Service Technician will perform all technical work necessary to inspect, maintain, repair, and modify HVAC system in our buildings. With expertise in HVAC – and to a lesser extent in construction and plumbing – in multi-family, schools, and commercial buildings, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting minor HVAC projects and managing larger ones and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The HVAC Service Tech will partner with senior Facilities team members and outside consultants on the planning, coordination, and supervision of mechanical construction and repair activities implemented by outside vendors, will ensure project timelines are met and ensure quality control standards are followed, mentor junior staff, and handle all HVAC-related communication with stakeholders. Job Description Salary Range is 75,000 - 85,000 annually Mission QSAC is a New York City and Long Island based nonprofit that supports children and adults with autism, together with their families, in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services. QSAC pursues this mission through direct services that provide a supportive and individualized setting for children and adults with autism to improve their communication, socialization, academic, and functional skills. Job Summary The Recruitment and Onboarding Manager is responsible for overseeing QSAC’s Recruiting and Onboarding teams. This position partners with hiring managers at all levels and coordinates staffing efforts for the agency. You will oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System and all open job vacancies and orientation matrix. In addition to, initiating and coordinating agency retention initiatives to reduce staff turnover. Responsibilities • Ensure that quality screening, procedures and guidelines are established and followed, • Managing Recruitment and Orientation teams in NYC and Long Island., • Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the Recruitment and Onboarding teams., • Conduct frequent outreach with Executives, Department Directors, and Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs, improve candidate quality, profile accuracy, retention, and hiring procedures., • Encourage and evaluate feedback from Department Directors and Hiring Managers post-interview, • Track Recruiting metrics associated with all aspects of QSAC hiring, • Travel to various locations in NYC and Long Island for job fairs, training as well as any other required meetings, • Managing the recruitment and orientation teams for the successful start for the new staff members., • Effectively liaise with all Departments regarding Recruiting and Onboarding efforts and outcomes, • Manage reporting and daily compliance of UKG Applicant Tracking System, • Communicate QSAC's employment brand to candidates throughout the process, as well as emphasizing the benefits/advantages of working for QSAC, • Partner with Management to increase QSAC’s digital footprint and employment branding presence on various social media platforms for recruitment visibility, • Steer head QSAC’s retention initiatives., • Oversee the administration of QSAC’s employee scholarship programs., • Follow operational standards consistent with defined internal staffing processes, as well as legal requirements and other applicable regulations, • Participate and contribute to HR department special projects., • Assist in the creation, distribution and maintenance of the Job Vacancy bulletin., • Collect crucial Recruiting data for use in HR metrics, • Develop relationships with outside entities to address QSAC’s hiring initiatives, such as networking events, college and university career centers, community centers., • Coordinate retention strategies and initiatives to retain staff and reduce employee turnover. Examples may include but are not limited to: Staff satisfaction surveys, new hire check-ins, employee of the month, and other similar staff recognition activities., • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related areas is required, • Experience with ATS such as UltiPro Kronos is required, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, required, • Strong presence and facilitation skills to deliver training to staff of various levels, • Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously and effectively, • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to shifting agency needs, • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with colleagues, • Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience QSAC benefits are some of the best and go beyond health and retirement.
