Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage daily clinical operations within the assigned unit or department, • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence, • Ensure high-quality care for all residents, with a focus on reducing avoidable hospitalizations, • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support admissions, care planning, and resident outcomes, • Address and resolve clinical and operational challenges in real time, • Support staff development through coaching, education, and performance management, • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State, • CPR Certification, • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, • Passion for mentoring and developing team members, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively, • Availability to work occasional weekends as needed Job Posted by ApplicantPro
