Job Description Nursing Supervisor – IDD Role Summary The Nursing Supervisor – IDD oversees nursing services across the organization’s OPWDD residential programs. This role supervises Registered Nurses supporting 29 Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs) and ensures consistent clinical practice, regulatory compliance, and coordination of medical care for individuals receiving services. The Nursing Supervisor works closely with program leadership and the Sr. Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of healthcare oversight and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
