Job Description The Accounting Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of a small team within the construction and restoration sectors. This independent position supports multiple departments by managing various accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and assisting with detailed financial reporting. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and payroll software, along with strong attention to detail, are essential for success in this role. The position involves no travel and requires handling monthly internal reports, quarterly financial statements, and project-specific reports, contributing to the smooth operation of the business. Responsibilities • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, • Process invoices accurately and timely, • Maintain financial records and perform data entry, • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and project-specific financial reports, • Reconcile bank statements and track expenses, • Prepare and process payroll through related software use, • Assist in audit preparation and compliance, • Oversee customer billing and vendor management, • Provide general office and light clerical support, • Manage CRM and project management tools such as Xcelerate Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in accounting administration, • Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, • Bi-lingual a plusCompany DescriptionFamily owned and operated licensed General Contractor and disaster restoration companyFamily owned and operated licensed General Contractor and disaster restoration company
