This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can coach, advise, and deliver scalable HR solutions while building strong relationships across the business. What You’ll Do • Serve as a trusted HR partner across the business, providing coaching and support on people matters including performance, development, engagement, and team effectiveness, • Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions and levels of the organization, • Provide counsel on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, talent decisions, and sensitive employee matters ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance, • Deliver core HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives in partnership with peer leaders and CHRO, • Lead, develop, and manage the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team, aligning recruiting strategies with business priorities and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, • Partner with leaders to anticipate talent needs and implement recruiting programs that attract, assess, and hire top talent, • Use data and people metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive action, • Support organizational changes including role transitions, team redesign, and change management, • Promote a positive employee experience by fostering a culture of accountability, feedback, and inclusion, • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, balancing risk with business needs What You Bring • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in an HR Business Partner capacity, • Strong track record in employee relations, performance coaching, and navigating complex people issues, • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence employees and leaders at all levels, including executives, • Experience in regulated or professional services industries preferred; financial services a plus, • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent judgment and discretion, • Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements, • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), PowerPoint and HRIS Why Join Kestra? • Strategic Impact: Partner directly with senior leaders to shape the employee experience, • Team Culture: Join a collaborative, high-performing HR team that values trust, transparency, and results, • Career Growth: This role provides a strong platform for advancement within HR leadership
