Job Description Job purpose Trajan Wealth is a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Estate Planning firm dedicated to providing clients with personalized financial strategies. Our mission is to help individuals and families achieve financial security through expert guidance, fiduciary responsibility, and transparent service. As the Trajan Wealth Corporate Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will warmly greet clients, answer and redirect phone calls, and manage other front-desk activities as needed. To succeed in this role, you should have a friendly demeanor, strong multitasking skills, excellent organization, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a collaborative spirit. Duties and responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office., • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office., • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls., • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures)., • Provide basic, accurate information in-person, via phone, or email., • Receive, send, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries., • Order office supplies and maintain inventory., • Update calendars and schedule meetings., • Perform other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing as needed.
