Job Description The Executive Assistant (EA) to the President/CEO serves as a critical partner to the President and a key support to the entire Office of the President team. This role combines in-person, high-trust executive support with team-wide administrative coordination. The EA ensures the President is supported in his leadership, protected in his time and focus, and enabled to lead with clarity and confidence. This person will also work closely with the Chief of Staff and Director of Presidential Communications to coordinate team priorities, manage information flow, and support the smooth execution of operational and strategic rhythms. RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Every Home for Christ., • Adheres to the Biblical standards of moral conduct, Every Home for Christ Christian Community Conduct, Every Home for Christ vision statement, Every Home for Christ statement of faith, Every Home for Christ’s Employee standards and policies, Every Home for Christ’s Covenant of Harmony, and Enduring Foundations., • Participates in our Christ – centered community through physically working in the HQ office and continuously upholds the ministry in prayer., • Scheduling, Calendar, and Meeting Management:, • Help ensure the President’s schedule reflects key strategic priorities by aligning commitments with organizational goals., • Anticipate the President’s needs by preparing relevant materials, context, or background ahead of meetings., • Coordinate and manage the President/CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and blocking time for known projects., • Document and maintain a scheduling SOP guide for reference by the Office of the President, • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including working with hospitality on meeting space setups, food, and drinks., • Take meeting notes and track follow-up tasks as needed., • Email & Communications Management:, • Monitor and organize the President’s inbox, draft and flag responses as appropriate., • Triage requests and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up., • Use sound judgment to manage access to the President, prioritizing meetings and requests based on urgency, strategic alignment, and organizational dynamics., • Act as a liaison between the President and key stakeholders, maintaining clarity and confidentiality in all communication., • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Communications Director on high-level messaging, scheduling responses, and communication logistics., • Travel Planning & Itinerary Management:, • Book and coordinate travel for the President, including flights, ground transportation, lodging, and other logistical needs., • Build out detailed travel itineraries that ensure clarity, preparedness, and minimized stress during travel., • Anticipate logistical challenges and work proactively to address them before they arise., • If traveling with the President/CEO, manage on-the-ground logistics, provide real-time support, and adapt flexibly to changes in schedule or environment., • Expense Reports & Financial Admin:, • Submit and reconcile expense reports in a timely, accurate manner., • Track and process reimbursements in coordination with Finance., • Assist with financial tracking or documentation tied to the Office of the President., • Office of the President Team Support:, • Provide base-level administrative support to the Office of the President team—including the Chief of Staff and Director of Presidential Communications—ensuring clarity and coordination across team efforts., • Assist with meeting preparation, internal coordination, and execution of team-wide initiatives., • Help monitor shared projects and recurring workflows, track follow-ups, and document processes to support clarity and accountability., • Oversee and maintain office supplies and readiness, including kitchen stock and light errands to support in-office hospitality., • Step in flexibly to help team members solve problems, respond to needs, or manage tasks that support the overall health of the office., • General Administrative Support:, • Provide general day-to-day support to the President/CEO, adapting to needs as they arise., • Has an active and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, • Regularly attends/participates in a local church, • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar, • Experience: 3-5 years of executive level administration, • Confidentiality & Discretion: High regard for confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion., • Servant Mindset: A heart for service, anticipating the needs of the President/CEO and acting proactively., • Administrative Mastery: Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and create systems for consistent results., • Project Management Skills: Capable of light project management, including tracking tasks and ensuring follow-ups., • Flexibility: Willingness to adjust and pivot based on the needs of the President/CEO., • Strong spiritual life and commitment to Jesus Christ., • Firm believer in the power of the printed Gospel and the Every Home for Christ methodology., • Unquestionable integrity and financial stewardship, all with Every Home for Christ’s best interest in mind, • Excellent customer service skills with a servant’s heart – values people, • Maintains high levels of confidentiality, not engaging in gossip, • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level leadership, • Excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and non-verbal skills, • Self-starter with strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities., • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, • Possess a learning mindset – open to new systems, skills, spiritual growth, etc, • Works well in a team environment; is an asset to collaboration internally and externally, • Ability to meet strict deadlines, • Self-starter, strong ability to understand needs of those around them and be self-motivated to initiate successful solutions, • Strong ability to establish and maintain good, healthy working relationships internally and externally, • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize activities., • Ability to be flexible and adapt to Pay will depend on experience.
