Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000. We are seeking an Azure Administrator to lead the design and enforcement of identity, access, and compliance policies across our Microsoft ecosystem. At Bluestaq, you'll ensure the reliability and security of mission-critical systems by managing SSO, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Purview policies across multiple subsidiaries. As the technical authority on SSO, compliance frameworks, and Microsoft 365 policy enforcement, you'll protect sensitive data, uphold regulatory standards, and enable secure collaboration across the company. Responsibilities: • SSO Configuration & Management, • Design, configure, and maintain SSO integrations for internal and third-party applications using Azure AD., • Manage identity federation, authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), and enterprise app registrations., • Support hybrid identity models (Azure AD Connect, Pass-through Authentication, Seamless SSO)., • Policy Creation & Enforcement, • Develop and implement conditional access, compliance, and configuration policies within Microsoft Intune., • Define and manage role-based access control (RBAC) policies across Azure and Microsoft 365 environments., • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align policies with company standards and regulatory requirements., • Purview Governance & Compliance, • Configure and manage Microsoft Purview policies for data loss prevention (DLP), data classification, and information protection., • Ensure consistent implementation of data governance and compliance policies across subsidiaries., • Monitor policy effectiveness and respond to compliance incidents or alerts., • Documentation & Process Development, • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all identity and access policies, SSO configurations, and governance frameworks., • Develop playbooks, SOPs, and training materials for internal IT teams and users., • Collaboration & Support, • Work closely with security, compliance, infrastructure, and application teams across Bluestaq and its subsidiaries., • Provide Tier 3 support for SSO and policy-related issues. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience administering Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, with a focus on identity and access management., • Strong experience with:, • Azure AD, Azure AD B2B/B2C, • Microsoft Intune, • Microsoft Purview, • Conditional Access, RBAC, DLP, and compliance policies, • SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, • Experience working in a multi-subsidiary or enterprise environment., • Familiarity with Zero Trust security models., • PowerShell scripting for automation of identity and policy management., • Experience with Microsoft Defender or other Microsoft Security solutions., • Purpose-Driven Work: Support systems that power industries and critical operations, including healthcare and defense., • Continuous Growth: Expand your technical expertise with hands-on projects and mentorship., • Dynamic Environment: Be part of a team that thrives on problem-solving, learning, and collaboration. Required Education: 3+ years of information technology, or related experience with Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field OR a High School Diploma with 2 additional years beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
