This is a full time, Union, non-exempt, hourly position with an overnight schedule starting anywhere between 7pm and 9pm, Sunday evening through Friday evening but may vary depending on business needs. Shifts may vary from 10 to 12 hours per evening or until the route is complete. Our Waste Collection Roll-Off Driver’s main responsibility is to safely operate a Roll-Off Truck, for the pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material. A minumum of 1 year of experience driving and operating a Roll Off Truck is required. Our Drivers must make note of and report on any such complaints and respond in a courteous and respectful manner., • Notifies Dispatch or Route Manager of issues as prescribed by Service Machine protocol, including blocked containers, potential missed pick-ups or problems that arise on the route., • Communicates customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager., • Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer’s location clean and free of debris., • Completes and submits customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed., • Positions containers on the customer’s property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced, containers are set in an upright position, and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic., • Work closely with Route Supervisor to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices., • Attend all required training, operational meetings, and mandatory monthly Safety Meetings, • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards, • The Driver position may be required to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as mount and dismount the truck multiple times every route., • Must be able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather., • Drivers must be able to physically mount and dismount the truck throughout the duration of the workday. Essential Job Summary:: Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the collections activities in one or more lines of business (commercial, residential, roll-off and container delivery pick up). National Sales Manager Responsibilities: • Prospect new account and dealer opportunities within territory, • Establish positive relationships with all levels of the account, buyer, assistant buyer, planer, etc., • Develop and deliver complete presentation and proposals for accounts and territory dealers required to complete the sale and ongoing business relationship., • Monitor expenses and spending to maintain margin standards established for each dealer, • Travel to meet with potential and existing clients, as well as fi eld sales staff, • Lead (daily, weekly, monthly) sales meetings to motivate your workforce, providing new and innovative training and information on an ongoing basis, • Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, • Create and implement a comprehensive sales training program to keep your sales team at the lead of the industry and help each salesperson to reach their goal, • Become a mentor to the sales team and nurture relationships with each associate, • Create new programs to meet the needs of our channel partners and help them exceed revenue expectations with our products, • Ensure accurate reporting on lead generation and sales eff orts, including pulling data and metrics to provide detailed information about pipeline status, • Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies National Sales Manager Required Skills: • Minimum 5 years of experience selling submersible, circulator, and de-watering pumps into the Municipal and Residential markets., • Main Distribution Center is in Mansfield Ohio and Headquarters in NY (Ability to travel nationally 3-4 days of the week. Starting in NY first), • BS, business degree or equivalent industry experience, • National Account level, or equivalent experience, • Ability to analyze, interpret, problem solve and present information to management, business clients and co-workers, • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, gross & net margins, percentages, etc., • Ability to manage multiple priorities, • Excellent computer skills required including all Microsoft Office products, • Salesforce knowledge a plus, • Proven ability to consistently meet specific, time sensitive business goals., • Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with customers, co-workers, and peers.
