The ideal candidate is an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager with a strong background in structured cabling, fiber optics, and data center infrastructure projects. They are highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possess the leadership skills necessary to coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. This individual thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and is committed to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities • Manage low voltage, structured cabling, and data center projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, • Coordinate project schedules, resources, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution, • Monitor project progress, manage change orders, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, • Review blueprints, network diagrams, drawings, and construction documents to ensure accurate project execution, • Oversee structured cabling installations, including copper and fiber optic infrastructure (single-mode and multi-mode), • Support estimating, budgeting, procurement, and resource planning efforts as needed, • Lead, mentor, and support field technicians while ensuring project goals and deadlines are achieved, • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, customer requirements, and company safety procedures Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in low voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, or data center environments, • Proven experience managing commercial construction, structured cabling, or mission-critical data center projects, • Strong knowledge of copper and fiber optic cabling systems, including installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting, • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, network diagrams, rack elevations, and construction documentation, • Experience utilizing project management software, reporting tools, budgeting systems, and scheduling platforms, • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously, • BICSI, OSHA, PMP, or related industry certifications are highly preferred
