Job Description Sales Manager – Construction Materials Location: Yonkers, NY Industry: Construction & Building Materials Job Category: Sales Management – Inside and Outside Sales Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 base + Profit-Sharing Bonus Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside/Outside Sales Supervisor to oversee a dynamic team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs). In this leadership role, you will coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals while developing competitive quotes, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns based on sales and vendor data. This is a full-time, salaried position with an excellent profit-sharing bonus opportunity, perfect for a results-driven individual with a background in construction sales and team leadership. What You’ll Do • Oversee all activities of ISRs and OSRs, • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, • Develop promotional and marketing campaign ideas using sales and vendor data, • Track and analyze sales statistics based on yearly and monthly metrics, • Manage and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales requirements, • Gather information and assist in the development of job quotes, pricing structures, and competitive bids Who You Are • 3–5 years of supervisory experience, • Sales experience, preferably in the construction industry, • Knowledge of purchasing, pricing, and margins, • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, Excel, and CRM systems, • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills, • Exceptional customer service and sales capabilities, • Strong listening, time management, and organizational skills, • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete tasks with minimal supervision, • Professional, presentable, and dependable demeanor, • Energetic, flexible, and self-directed Reports to • Senior Director of Sales and Purchasing Benefits • 401(k) plan, • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Vision insurance, • Employee discounts, • Paid time off Shift • In-person Want to Stand Out?
