About the Role As our Advertising Campaign Operations Associate, you will support our digital advertising campaign execution and optimization while serving as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams. You'll build foundational knowledge in the adtech space and drive campaign performance for notable CPG brands. If you enjoy using data to uncover insights and are passionate about customer success, we'd love to hear from you! Please note that this role does not fall under the marketing function. Responsibilities • Partner with our Client Success and Campaign Management teams to set up and launch digital advertising campaigns that align with our client's goals, • Assist in building presentation decks for client kickoff calls and help align internal teams on campaign details, especially as it relates to custom deliverables, • Collect images and content from clients, collaborate with our freelance designers on ad creatives, and coordinate revisions until the final version is approved, • Help create custom links to Chicory's interactive and effective CPG ads, • Use internal tools to track campaign deliverables, such as timelines and assets to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, • Learn how different measurement and tracking tools work and make sure we get the necessary tracking tags from clients to measure campaign performance, • Take screenshots of live ads and organize them to share with clients, • Partner with Campaign Managers to monitor ad performance and identify opportunities to optimize campaign delivery, • Assist in building campaign recap decks that show clients how their campaigns performed, including data and insights from the campaign, • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights, • A desire to learn the digital advertising landscape, • Ability to understand complex information and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner, • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport, • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills, • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Benefits & Perks Focusing on your health and wellbeing: • Comprehensive healthcare benefits, including dental + vision plans, • Flexible paid time off policy for vacation, sick days, mental health days, and more!, • 14 paid holidays + flexibility to take paid time off for any other holidays you observe, • Employer-paid membership to One Medical, • Annual learning & development stipend, • Flexible remote and hybrid work style arrangements, • Fun and friendly office in NYC stocked with free snacks, • Virtual and in-person outings and fun activities with our amazing team, • Competitive compensation package, including base salary + stock options, • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + Health Spending Account (HSA), • 401k retirement plan, • Commuter benefits At Chicory, we know that we are strongest when every person is valued, respected and treated with dignity.
