WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE The Human Resource Analyst will have responsibility related to employee management of Bolthouse Fresh Foods Benefits & Human Resource Information Systems. This position is responsible for maintaining data / supporting inquiries for group health, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, executive benefits, ERISA, etc. for US and Canada. The position is responsible for assisting in reporting, analysis, and compensation requests. Position ensures all benefits and compensation comply with federal and state law. Additionally, position will be 10% - 20% dedicated to assisting with leaves management. • Maintain data in HRIS & Benefits Vendor Systems, • Serve as a benefits contact person for employees, management team, plan vendors, and third-party administrators., • Investigates and resolves any benefits & HRIS discrepancies to resolve variances, • Develop basic ad-hoc & mid-level reports as requested by customer groups., • Perform compensation analysis for Exempt & Non-Exempt positions., • Assist in developing and conducting training for users on HRIS & benefit vendor systems., • Maintains materials up to date for benefit orientations and open enrollment., • Performs Benefit Invoice reconciliation and ensures timely processing to meet deadlines when required., • Work product in accordance to ensure company compliance and with all state and federal guidelines., • Provide benefit information to Managers, supervisors, and co-workers by telephone, in writing, email or in-person., • Manage and administer benefit & HRIS email alias inbox and inquiries received throughout the day., • Work with management & HR employee relation team to facilitate ongoing benefits and health wellness sessions., • Assist with coordinating and tracking leave requests, approvals, and return to work processes., • Provide clear guidance to employees regarding leave policies, eligibility, and procedures., • Work closely with Payroll, HR, and Information Technology team,, • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent 6–8 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience supporting benefits and/or HRIS, • Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation tools., • Bilingual- Fluent in Spanish, ability to read, write and speak., • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information., • Experience with annual reporting requirements, • Diligence in composing, typing and proof-reading materials., • Strong analytical skills, • Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills, • Ability to make independent decisions using knowledge of policies and previous experiences., • High degree of professional ethics and sense of fairness PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience with Payfactors, ERI, or similar compensation platforms, • Experience in ADP Workforce Now, • Experience in managing employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and other statutory and company-sponsored leaves PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions., • Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist., • Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 40 lbs., • Operate office equipment requires repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard., • Ability to stand for long periods of time in an upright position walking on both even and uneven surfaces, • Ability to stoop, crouch, and kneel on a regular basis HOURS & WORKDAYS: Bolthouse Fresh Foods is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
