About the Role: LMSW Job Responsibilities * Build strong rapport with clients. * Diagnose and treat mental health disorders under supervision. * Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. * Provide ongoing therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Regularly assess client progress and maintain thorough documentation. * Uphold client confidentiality and safety protocols. * Participate in teaching exercises to enhance your learning. Qualifications * LMSW or LMHC license (New York required; New Jersey is desirable). * At least one year of experience in a mental health setting. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Outpatient experience in individual therapy with high-acuity patients is desirable. * A commitment to learning and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.
