Responsibilities • Serve as the boss’s primary point of contact, handling calls, messages, and communications professionally., • Answer incoming calls with a warm, calming, and confident demeanor., • Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and daily priorities., • Coordinate travel, hotels, transportation, and business logistics., • Accompany the boss to meetings, networking events, trade shows, festivals, and other business functions throughout the NYC/NJ Tri-State area when needed., • Communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners professionally., • Follow up on important tasks so nothing is overlooked., • Keep the boss informed of important developments while filtering distractions., • Help solve problems quickly and efficiently, allowing the boss to focus on growing the business., • Support hiring, scheduling, interviews, and administrative projects as needed., • Be flexible and available when important business matters arise.
