Job Description Reporting to the North America FP&A director, the Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis of plans and budgets, providing inputs and support for monthly closings, preparation of month end reporting, as well as assisting the department with various special projects. * Conduct planning and forecasting for Omni-Channel Luxury brand, assisting with preparation of budgets and forecasts for Retail, Wholesale, Outlets, and Ecommerce * Act as a business partner to all divisions providing monthly reporting and insights for divisional P&Ls * Provide support for finance and accounting as Excel champion – assisting with modeling, tool development and general inquiries across department * Reconcile and produce performance variance commentary * Work closely with cross-functional teams in streamlining day-to-day processes, monthly closing, PO reconciliation for wholesale/consignment, financial planning and review process * Communicate results and recommendations for improvements to FP&A Director and Global CFO * Prepare and handle monthly bank related reporting, and contribute to audits and appraisals * Focus on improvements in monthly closing processes and improvements in efficiency * Upload budgets, forecasts, and actuals into financial system; maintaining dashboards, excel files and reporting tools * Update and communicate balance sheets and cash flow reports * Ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling for business opportunities and initiatives Qualifications * Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required * 3 - 5 years of related experience, within financial analysis role * Knowledge and proficiency of finance/accounting principles * Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills required * Ability to operate autonomously in Hybrid work environment * Experience with BI tools such as D365, Power BI, or similar * Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task * General knowledge of accounting, Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, PC Proficiency, Productivity, Verbal Communication, General Math Skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #LI-Hybrid It is the policy and commitment of Frette to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
