Responsibilities • Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures, • Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary supplies, • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly before procedures, • Take dental X-rays in compliance with state regulations (X-ray certification required), • Follow strict infection control and aseptic protocols, • Provide chairside support using four-handed dentistry techniques, • Record and maintain accurate patient documentation using cloud-based dental software, • Monitor vital signs as needed, • Maintain HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy and confidentiality, • Experience in dental assisting (pediatric experience preferred but not required), • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols, • Proficiency in four-handed dentistry, • Experience with cloud-based dental software, • X-ray certification (required), • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, • Supportive and positive team culture, • Opportunity for professional growth and skill development, • Meaningful work helping children build healthy smiles Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person
