Job Description We are seeking a skilled dentist to assist our clients in achieving optimum oral health at our busy practice. The ideal applicant should have the experience, current licensure in good standing, caring bedside manner, and effective communication skills. Compensation: $210,000 - $230,000+ Responsibilities: • Refer patient to dental specialists such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, and periodontists when appropriate, • Oversee associate dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, and communicate with support staff regarding patient care plans, • Show patients how to use recommended devices for orthodontics and dental appliances, such as retainers and dentures and educate on the importance of good oral hygiene, • Assess the patients’ overall dental health and look for presence of dental diseases, by thoroughly examining the patients’ teeth using diagnostic tools, procedures, and instruments, • Determine and diagnose oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including root canals, surgical extractions, cleanings, and restorationQualifications:, • 2+ years in clinical or private practice dentistry experience is required, • Possess strong bedside manner, and great communication skills, • Relevant knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances is an asset, • Board Eligible and/or Board Certified in General Dentistry, • Additional certifications required: CPR, BLS, and NPIAbout Company Mission: "To enhance lives through exceptional dental care, fostering healthy smiles and promoting overall well-being.
