Compensation Package: • 40% of production or collections Growth Potential: • Partnership option after 1 year Schedule: • We’re flexible Pediatric Dentist Duties and Responsibilities: • Reviewing patients' medical history and discussing their symptoms and concerns., • Utilizing dental instruments and x-ray equipment to determine the cause of patients' oral pain and discomfort., • Formulating suitable treatment plans based on the diagnosed dental condition., • Performing procedures to diagnose and treat cavities, cracked or fractured teeth, and oral diseases., • Administer medications and anesthetics for tooth extractions, root canals, and other surgical procedures., • Maintaining teeth that have previously undergone procedures., • Completing a comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and progress notes on each patient. Pediatric Dentist Requirements and Qualifications • Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or Doctor of dental medicine (DMD) degree., • Certified in CPR, • License to practice dentistry., • Proven experience working as a Pediatric Dentist., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., • Effective communication skills., • Patient and empathetic disposition.
