Job DescriptionJob Title: In-Store Graphic Designer Location: Bolingbrook, IL Assignment Duration: 5 Months Work Type: Onsite / Contract Role Summary A organization is seeking an experienced In-Store Graphic Designer to support high-impact in-store and print design initiatives. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling, on-brand design solutions that enhance the in-store guest experience across large-scale retail environments. The ideal candidate has strong retail design experience, a refined visual eye, and the ability to balance conceptual creativity with precise production execution. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional creative partners to deliver cohesive brand storytelling at scale. Responsibilities * Apply and maintain consistent brand identity across all in-store and print design assets * Design large-format retail signage, displays, and in-store visual elements * Work within established brand guidelines and design systems to support omni-channel consistency * Demonstrate strong expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and aesthetic refinement * Collaborate with designers, writers, photographers, stylists, and creative operations teams * Provide clear creative direction and production specifications for print execution * Prepare accurate, press-ready files while meeting tight deadlines * Manage multiple design workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality * Communicate effectively with creative and business stakeholders * Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience * 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience * Retail, in-store, or consumer-focused design experience preferred * Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, brand design, and print/in-store work * Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) * Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to think strategically, critically, and creatively * Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects independently For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-862-1203.
