Job Description At this time, all interviews are in-person at our location. This is a Construction position. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tower Technicians/Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications towers, ensuring optimal performance of 4G/LTE and 5G networks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various telecommunications equipment and possess a strong understanding of rigging techniques, fiber splicing, and field service operations. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on towers, including antennas and cabling for 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G systems., • Operate bucket trucks safely to access high-altitude work areas., • Perform fiber splicing and low voltage electrical work as needed., • Conduct routine inspections of tower structures to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards., • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telecommunications equipment and connectivity., • Collaborate with field service teams to deliver high-quality service to clients., • Proven experience as a Tower Technician or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry., • Familiarity with rigging techniques and safety protocols for working at heights., • Knowledge of telecommunications systems, including 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G technologies., • Experience with bucket operation for accessing elevated work sites., • Proficiency in low voltage electrical work and fiber splicing techniques is highly desirable., • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
