Responsibilities: * Assist with Patient Care: Provide direct support to patients during their therapy sessions, following the guidance of the physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. This may involve assisting with exercises, equipment setup, and ensuring patient safety. * Prepare Treatment Areas: Set up treatment areas and equipment, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for patient use. * Patient Education: Assist in patient education by explaining exercises, proper form, and treatment goals as directed by the clinical team. * Maintain Cleanliness: Keep treatment areas, exercise equipment, and therapy rooms clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. * Laundry and Supplies: Assist with laundry duties, such as washing and folding linens, towels, and other materials. Job Description we are looking for a responsible, personable person 3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday approximately 12-15 hours per week as an aide to a busy Physical Therapists office. Duties would include anticipating needs of PT, to help facilitate smooth efficient patient care. You would give patients or therapist necessary exercise equipment, get ice pack/hot packs for patients, etc. Minor computer work is involved as well. Ideally, we are also seeking someone with a great driving record that would drive the company SUV to transport a few patients each of the 3 days. Job Description NJ Licensed Physical Therapist needed for an immediate full-time position, Monday - Friday OR part-time Mon/Wed/Fri. We are a busy, well established, multi-specialty facility located in Fair Lawn, NJ. Our patient population is adolescent to geriatric out-patient musculoskeletal as well as pre- and post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation with a mix of private insurance, personal injury and Medicare. We currently have two physical therapists on staff who are each paired with a PT Aide.
