Job DescriptionDescription: Wondercare, Inc., a Partner of Soleo Health, is seeking a Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse to support our Hawthorne, NY patients. The Position: The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site settings.
