Duties • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery., • Manage all aspects of food production, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control., • Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance levels in food service management., • Implement and maintain POS systems to streamline operations and enhance customer experience., • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff., • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures., • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.Skills, • Proven experience in fine dining and food production environments., • Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices., • Excellent staff training abilities with a focus on developing team members' skills., • Proficient in managing banquet services and catering operations., • Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant settings., • Exceptional supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team., • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food service management.Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a pizza restaurant or with major fast food brands such as Taco Bell, McDonalds, Chick-fil-A, or a competitively similar food service environment.
