Job Description Job description: General Purpose Accurately manage Buyout PO's, transfer inventory, and interoffice paperwork. Communicate with multiple departments on a daily basis. Responsible for coordinating and performing product transfers between locations and local pick-ups. The Buyout and Transfer Coordinator is expected to be DOT Compliant at all times. They must also adhere to all the Federal and State laws and regulations when operating a Motor Vehicle, safety standards, and the Service Guarantee. He or she is responsible for the transfer, buyout process and interoffice deliveries, and clear communication while performing these duties. He or she is also responsible for performing the transfer transaction in our ERP System. This is a full time, hourly position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 pm to 5 pm. The starting hourly rate is between $26-$28 per hour.
