Job DescriptionPay: $80,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year Job description: The Osborn – Rye, NY Salary: $80,000 annually + commission Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed based on client demands; flexibility required. We are looking for an energized, relationship–driven Sales Counselor who enjoys connecting with people, telling a compelling story, and guiding families with empathy and professionalism. What You Will Do In this role, you will be a key ambassador of The Osborn experience. You will: • Welcome prospective residents and families and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive., • Conduct engaging tours that showcase our beautiful campus, apartments, assisted living and memory care options., • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through calls, emails, events, networking, and community outreach., • Listen closely to the needs, concerns, and priorities of older adults and their families, then clearly explain how The Osborn’s services can meet and exceed their expectations., • Develop strong relationships with local professionals such as elder law attorneys, care managers, and medical providers who refer clients to us., • Maintain accurate records in our systems and provide occupancy and activity reports that support team goals.
