Job Description: Kitchen Manager (Back of House) Role Overview The Kitchen Manager leads all back-of-house operations to ensure food quality, safety, and speed in a high-volume scratch kitchen. ️ Key Responsibilities • Line Leadership: Oversee the line during high-volume peak hours to maintain ticket time standards., • Quality Control: Enforce strict adherence to recipes, presentation guides, and premium ingredient standards., • Inventory & Ordering: Manage daily ordering, vendor relationships, and waste logs to meet food cost targets., • Food Safety: Maintain impeccable health department scores, correct sanitation practices, and proper temp logs., • Team Development: Recruit, schedule, train, and coach line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
