Job Description: Kitchen Manager (Back of House) Role Overview The Kitchen Manager leads all back-of-house operations to ensure food quality, safety, and speed in a high-volume scratch kitchen. ️ Key Responsibilities • Line Leadership: Oversee the line during high-volume peak hours to maintain ticket time standards., • Quality Control: Enforce strict adherence to recipes, presentation guides, and premium ingredient standards., • Inventory & Ordering: Manage daily ordering, vendor relationships, and waste logs to meet food cost targets., • Food Safety: Maintain impeccable health department scores, correct sanitation practices, and proper temp logs., • Team Development: Recruit, schedule, train, and coach line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume, casual dining restaurant., • Skills: Expert knowledge of inventory control, labor scheduling, and line dynamics., • Certifications: Current ServSafe Manager certification required., • Availability: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Description: Restaurant Manager (Front of House) Role Overview The Restaurant Manager drives the guest experience, floor dynamics, and front-of-house team performance during high-volume shifts. ️ Key Responsibilities • Shift Excellence: Run high-energy shifts, manage floor cut-offs, and handle host stand flow during peak volume., • Guest Relations: Build community ties, touch tables, and resolve guest complaints with exceptional hospitality., • Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate servers, bartenders, and hosts., • Financial Control: Manage daily cash drops, labor costs, and front-of-house operational supplies., • Beverage Program: Oversee bar inventory, local beer ordering, and compliance with Tennessee alcohol laws. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Front of House management experience in a high-volume casual or upscale dining setting., • Leadership: Strong communication skills to foster our rewarding team culture., • Tech Literacy: Experience with modern POS systems, reservation platforms, and scheduling software., • Availability: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
