As the Early Childhood Admissions Advisor, you will play a key role in nurturing family relationships, managing inquiry pipelines, and ensuring a supportive admissions experience. You’ll focus on outreach, communication, and converting prospective families into registered students as the program expands its presence after a recent relocation. • Manage and convert a high volume of inquiries into completed enrollments, • Guide families through the full admissions and registration process, • Utilize CRM tools, email automation, and marketing drips to proactively engage prospective families, • Build warm, trusting relationships with parents and caregivers, • Maintain accurate enrollment records and ensure documentation compliance, • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless family experience, • Manage a thoughtful and efficient schedule for families, facilities, and teachers, • Support curriculum delivery to partner schools as needed, • Help achieve enrollment targets, with immediate opportunities to make a measurable impact, • 3+ years of experience in early childhood education, preschool/daycare operations, admissions, or family-facing ECE roles, • A sales-driven mindset with confidence in outreach and follow-up, • Strong communication skills across email, phone, SMS, and CRM platforms, • Experience with email automation and marketing drip campaigns, • Ability to work effectively within a discerning, high-expectation family community, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple families in various stages, • Warm, approachable communicator with strong relationship-building skills, • Remote flexibility with the option of occasional in-person support, • Opportunity to rebuild and re-grow enrollment after a location transition, • Commission incentives that reward successful admissions, • Meaningful work supporting families during early childhood milestones, • Part-time hours with competitive pay and long-term growth potential
