Job Description Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Nonprofit Organization Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance division of a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on community development, economic growth, and opportunity creation. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring fiscal sustainability, and supporting the organization’s long-term vision across initiatives including real estate, lending, broadband, and business development. The CFO will report directly to the President & CEO and work closely with senior leadership to manage finances, structure complex transactions, and guide strategic decisions that support organizational growth and impact.
