Job Description Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President This is an onsite role Our client is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide vital support to the CEO. This dynamic role is essential to the seamless operation of the executive office, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact while working alongside a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: • Calendar Management: Efficiently coordinate and manage schedules, arranging meetings and appointments to optimize productivity and support a busy executive’s needs., • Email Coordination: Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion, ensuring timely and secure correspondence., • Project Support: Assist in the execution of key projects led by the senior executives, including managing documentation and collaborating with stakeholders for successful project outcomes., • Communication Support: Contribute to the implementation of communication strategies, ensuring that important information is effectively disseminated to both internal and external parties., • Administrative Functions: Perform essential administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality, supporting the daily operations., • Manager Expense Reporting: Invoice processing and vendor set up, • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships within a team environment, collaborating with departments such as marketing, data analysis, and others to ensure alignment and efficient information exchange., • Client and Supplier Relations: Represent the SVP in professional interactions with key clients and suppliers, maintaining integrity and reliability in all dealings., • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage corporate events and internal meetings with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring successful execution. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred., • Experience: At least five years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, demonstrating reliability and expertise in supporting a busy executive., • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism, clarity, and the ability to support high-level executive needs., • Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and other relevant software., • Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a supportive and cooperative work environment., • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
