Responsibilities * Wash, clean, and prep vehicles prior to paint * Sand, mask, and tape vehicles and parts * Prime panels and block sand as needed * Perform minor body prep and surface repairs * Assist painters with booth setup and breakdown * Maintain a clean and organized prep area * Follow safety procedures and shop standards * Work efficiently to meet production deadlines Requirements * Previous auto body or paint prep experience preferred (will train the right candidate) * Knowledge of sanding, masking, and prep techniques * Attention to detail and pride in workmanship * Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Valid driver’s license What We Offer * Competitive pay based on experience * Steady workflow * Clean, professional shop environment * Opportunity to grow into a painter position * Supportive team and management CALL 6317932614 Company DescriptionWe are a family owned business established over 30 years.
