We’re representing a well-established Albany-based General Contractor seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee multiple heavy civil and infrastructure projects across the Capital Region. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, growth, and the opportunity to lead some of the area’s most notable public and private sector projects. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee field operations for multiple heavy civil projects including site development, utilities, bridges, and infrastructure., • Manage and support project Superintendents and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget., • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to maintain smooth project execution and client satisfaction., • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract documents, safety regulations, and quality standards., • Lead daily coordination meetings and maintain strong communication between the field and office teams., • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety across all job sites. Receptionist Location: Albany, NY | Full-Time | $19.00- $21.00/hr. Summary: As the Receptionist and under the direction of the Executive Assistant, ensure efficient office operations, including telephone reception, greeting visitors, posting, and distributing daily mail. Perform general clerical duties, including word processing, faxing, and filing. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: · Answer incoming phone calls on multiple lines, determine the nature of each call, and direct the call to the appropriate staff member.
