Job DescriptionTitle: Project Manager (Operation Management) Reports to: Business Development Manager Department: Shared Services - Operation Management Responsibility Summary: The Project Manager supports cross-functional execution of operational projects within the Shared Services / Operations Management team. This role manages timelines, coordinates project activities, and ensures alignment across Operations, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. The Project Manager drives on-time delivery of internal project milestones and supports continuous improvement across processes and workflows. Responsibilities: The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the company's business events through a variety of tasks, including: • Monitor project trackers for accuracy and ensure external customer commitments are on schedule, communicating any changes proactively., • Plan, coordinate, and execute operational projects including new product launches, line trials, process improvements, and production transfers., • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure timely product launches and customer satisfaction., • Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion, including project planning, timeline development, and progress tracking., • Provide pricing to customers for ancillary services., • Issue Product Development Requests (PDRs) detailing COG targets, benchmarks, no-no lists, and other specifications., • Deliver on-time samples, supporting information, pricing, and lead times for all new projects., • Share final approved pricing with the BOM/PO Coordinator., • Initiate pricing requests, review quotes, and communicate pricing to customers., • Maintain project status updates in the project tracker file., • Schedule and co-lead Gate-Review meetings for all new products in collaboration with the Manager of Project Management., • Transfer all project details to the operations team for line trials and attend line trials when required, providing customer-related support., • Support regulatory requests for assigned customers, ensuring all needs are completed on schedule., • Send annual drug stability letters to assigned customers., • Oversee formula-related updates (e.g., reformulations, raw material discontinuations) and handle other duties assigned by the manager., • Schedule weekly/bi-weekly client calls, maintain calendars, and save meeting notes., • Monitor monthly sales targets for accounts and report shortfalls if they occur., • Assist in resolving customer complaints by investigating issues, notifying management, and making recommendations for solutions., • Partner with Business Development, and Customer Service teams to align operational deliverables with customer expectations., • Ensure that production timelines and capacity align with customer launch timelines., • Coordinate communications to align with the organization's goals and objectives., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related science field., • Minimum of 1 to 1.5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred or experience as a Project Manager handling multiple customers/projects simultaneously., • Must be able to travel occasionally (trade shows, client sites, facilities, and other events)., • Detail-oriented with superior organizational and communication skills., • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)., • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively., • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude., • Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds., • Proficiency in both Korean and English. Compensation & Benefits: The approximate pay range for this position is $63,000 to $75,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities.
