Position Responsibilities: · Supervision and daily reporting on current jobsites · Computer literate (Email, Microsoft, adobe, project AutoCAD, etc.) · Knowledge of miscellaneous metals a plus · Pick up/drop off bidding documents · Pick up/drop off project materials · Call for/order materials, and pricing · Assist scheduling deliveries · Run job related errands · Assist with project submittals · Ability to drive and operate trucks and construction equipment (Forklift), optional · Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations on-site · Assist in Clerical Duties (answer phones, make phone calls, emails, mailings, etc) Requirements for all applicants: · Proven experience in construction management or a related field · Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively · Authorization to work in the United States · Valid driver’s license and Insurable driving record, with reliable personal transportation · Travel will be required at times between NY, NYC, NJ, CT and PA. Education & Certifications • Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Project Management, Communications or similar; graduate work a plus., • 8+ years experience managing change management programs, projects, teams and activities., • Certification in Change Management, Coaching, Project Management, or related skills strongly preferred., • Experience within the utility industry and/ or EH&S function preferred.
