Job Description Job Summary The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for responsible for the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds. Job Description Real Estate Purchasing Coordinator The Real Estate Purchasing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Property Management team by overseeing purchasing operations and systems, administering contracts, and partnering with other departments on special projects.
