Supporting sales and revenue through outstanding guest service to each guest and group, • Two (2) and more years’ experience as a General Manager of a hotel with Branded property experience., • Extensive experience with rooms and F&B., • Working knowledge of hotel operations – including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, maintenance repairs, long range planning., • Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Expertise in standard hotel management systems., • Hands-on leadership – our General Managers work directly with all their associates.
