    Control the flow of cars, inventory management checking and logging in new arrivals and enter correct status in the fleet computer system. • Responsible for lot merchandising, ensuring vehicles are front line ready and have correct pricing stickers, buyers guide and frame plates. Parking and aligning cars and maintaining presentable sales lot., • Responsible for managing the back-overflow lot. Shuttling cars to vendors, assisting with dealer trades and picking up customers when needed., • Assist with maintaining fuel log, and other reports requested by the Location Manager. Filing reports as needed. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, must be at least 20 years of age and have flexibility in scheduling which may include night's weekends and holidays. Shift schedules are assigned according to operational needs so interested candidates must be able to work any assigned shift.     Job Title: Gold & Silver Coins Sales Consultant (Commission-Only)Job Overview We are seeking motivated, confident Sales Consultants to join our precious metals sales team. This role focuses on selling gold and silver coins to warm leads—individuals who have either expressed interest in precious metals or have purchased gold and silver in the past. This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential for driven sales professionals. What You’ll Do Make outbound sales calls using an automated dialer system Speak with pre-qualified leads who have shown interest in gold and silver products Follow a proven sales script and utilize provided rebuttals to handle objections Present and sell specific gold and silver coin offerings (openers) Build rapport, educate clients, and confidently close sales over the phone Track and manage your sales activity accurately Training & Support Hands-on training provided from day one New hires receive a structured script with rebuttals to help ensure success Ongoing coaching and support to help improve sales performance Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends Compensation Commission-only role Earn % of the profit on every sale you make No cap on earnings—your income is directly tied to your performance Ideal Candidate Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills Sales-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Coachable and able to follow a structured sales process Prior phone sales experience is a plus (precious metals experience not required) Why Join Us Warm leads provided—no cold calling Proven sales system and script High commission percentage Consistent weekday schedule Opportunity to build strong earning potential in the precious metals industry Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
