THE ROLE As a Mixer at THISBOWL, you’ll be an ambassador of our core values. You’ll be responsible for providing personalized customer experiences, walking our guests through the menu and making wholesome bowls from scratch. The make-line moves fast and it moves together, meaning you’ll rotate across stations, communicate constantly and back up your teammates without being asked. Job title: Mixer Employment type: (Hourly) Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $27-$35 per hour (includes base pay of $18-22 per hour + estimated tips of $9-$13 per hour). Every 6 months, mixers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. Actual tip earnings may vary and are not guaranteed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Together with your fellow Mixers, Service Captains, and your Restaurant Manager you'll create delicious bowls and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be expected to: • Make wholesome bowls from scratch., • Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time., • Operate a point-of-sale (POS) register to complete customer transactions., • Cross-train across every station in the make-line and move between stations—including the cooking of our hot proteins., • Live out THISBOWL’s people and culture standards by contributing to an excellent work culture. WHAT YOU’LL BRING • Previous experience working in food, restaurants and/or customer experience preferred but not required., • Excellent communication skills and confidence working under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • A team player mindset and a positive can-do attitude., • Genuine passion for hospitality and food - a ‘foodie at heart’!, • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays (with a variable schedule as per business needs).     We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care, ensure accurate medication dispensing, and support positive patient outcomes through clinical expertise and compassionate service. The Staff Pharmacist works collaboratively with pharmacy technicians, healthcare providers, and patients to promote medication safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality healthcare delivery. Responsibilities • Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations., • Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions., • Perform medication therapy reviews and assist in optimizing therapeutic outcomes., • Prepare and compound medications as required, utilizing proper aseptic technique and established pharmacy procedures., • Assist with the preparation and verification of IV medications and infusions when applicable., • Conduct patient assessments related to medication therapy and collaborate with healthcare providers regarding treatment recommendations., • Utilize pharmacy software and EMR/EHR systems for prescription processing, documentation, and medication reconciliation., • Support immunization services and medication administration activities in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies., • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times., • Monitor for potential drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse drug events., • Assist with inventory management activities, including medication ordering, storage, and monitoring for expired products., • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements., • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care., • Participate in quality assurance and medication safety initiatives., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment. Qualifications • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy., • Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state., • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, pharmacology, medication therapy management, and patient counseling., • Experience in LTC, retail, hospital, specialty, or institutional pharmacy settings preferred., • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pharmacotherapy principles., • Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and EMR/EHR platforms., • Experience with medication compounding and aseptic technique preferred., • Familiarity with immunization administration and medication therapy management services., • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and pharmacy compliance requirements., • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to patient safety., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or specialty pharmacy., • Experience with IV preparation and sterile compounding., • Immunization certification., • Board certification or advanced clinical training is a plus.
