Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project documentation. Qualifications Proficiency in drafting software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, negotiation, and contracts is preferred. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
