The Supervisor will have supervisory meetings with staff on at least a monthly basis, and review and sign-off on all service plans and monthly notes. In addition, they will monitor the quarterly tracking spreadsheet to ensure proper time management by staff. A supervisor MAY maintain an active caseload of waiver participants up to 25. However, this caseload must be reduced from the maximum limit allowed in relation to his/her supervisory responsibilities. The Service Coordinator Supervisor must complete a monthly face to face visit with each TBI waiver participant on their caseload. They must meet with the participant in their home at least quarterly.
