This role will function as the U.S.-based extension of the IT Department, working under the direction of the IT Manager located in Argentina. The primary responsibility is hands-on technical support. This individual will serve as the on-the-ground resource for hardware setup, asset management, and Tier 1 support tickets across U.S. personnel. When IT workload permits, the role will also provide general office administrative support for the Denver location.
