Job Summary: The position is responsible for administering various aspects of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, including re-certifications, admissions, transfers, and terminations. This role supports Affordable Housing initiatives by ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and agency policies through accurate documentation, participant communication, and data management. Key Responsibilities: * Complete annual and interim re-certifications, new admissions, transfers, port-ins/port-outs, special program referrals (as assigned), terminations, and rent adjustments for HCV Program participants. * Notify participants and property owners of changes and outcomes related to interim re-certifications. * Collect and verify required documentation such as income and household information to determine continued program eligibility. * Schedule and conduct re-certification appointments and interviews with participants. * Track and monitor participant relocations, lease terminations, and other housing transitions. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the appropriate databases. * Conduct participant briefings to explain HUD regulations and agency administrative plans. * Prepare and submit timely and accurate weekly and program-related reports. What You’ll Be Doing • Support Director and finance/accounting staff in tracking non-federal share., • Support Director and HR staff in Recruitment, Onboarding of staff, interviewing collaboratively with hiring manager, and maintaining HR employee documentation., • Support recruitment and HR with local job fairs and promoting of hiring of staff., • Support Director and Content Experts in dissemination of information for training and Community events., • Assist Director in organizing all Items needed for the BOD and PC meeting., • Perform all clerical and administrative tasks for the Director., • Process and maintain contracts/addendums and related correspondence for State Childcare Licensing., • Process purchase requisitions related to program needs, center needs, and kitchen needs., • Support the accountability of all purchases and reconcile the budget monthly., • Record, process and maintain requested meeting agendas and meeting minutes., • Coordinate HR support for administrative office and center offices., • Track and monitor inventory., • Attending all Professional Development training required by the program., • Completes other related activities and duties as assigned. The Opportunity As a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist at one of our offices, you'll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinators, Operations Manager, or providers. Our Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist support multiple offices in a Market. What you'll likely work on: • Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative, and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary, • Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location, • Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECG and vitals, • Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization, • Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting, • All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc, • Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc., • Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization What you'll need: • At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment, • Strong customer service skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions, • A High School Diploma or equivalent, • Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously, • Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus), • A proven ability to display confidence and instill trust during the collection process while delivering individualized, human-centered, customer-focused care The range for this role is $25.75 to $27.75 per hour based on a standard full-time schedule.
