How Your Day Works * Full‐time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with an unpaid lunch. * Start from home in your assigned MJ transit van, go straight to your first job, head home from your last call (no unpaid shop time). * Use an MJ‐issued iPad with ServiceTitan to receive jobs, create POs from the field, complete forms, and close out invoices. * Keep your truck stocked using local vendors and MJ's warehouse hub; we're building more structured systems and want your input. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini‐splits, water heaters, heat pumps) to the highest standard. * Communicate findings and options clearly to homeowners and deliver a professional, respectful customer experience every time. * Complete all job notes, photos, and paperwork in ServiceTitan on your iPad with accuracy and attention to detail. * Maintain a clean, organized, professional service vehicle and follow all safety and daily vehicle inspection procedures. * Participate in a weekend/on‐call rotation with additional pay and overtime for calls. * Contribute to MJ's culture of continuous improvement and quality by sharing feedback and ideas.
