Your expertise helps protect equipment, facilities, documents, and operations when environmental conditions matter most. What You'll DoClimate Control Equipment Installation & Service • Set up, operate, monitor, and demobilize temporary climate-control systems., • Install and service:, • Desiccant dehumidifiers, • Refrigerant dehumidifiers, • DX air conditioning systems, • Air-cooled chillers, • Air handlers and coil modules, • Gas, electric, and diesel heaters, • Air filtration and ventilation systems, • Remote monitoring and control systems, • Diagnose mechanical and operational issues in the field., • Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and mechanical components., • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.Customer Service & Project Support, • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers., • Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, sales teams, and operations personnel., • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule., • Provide accurate project updates and documentation.Equipment & Facility Management, • Maintain equipment readiness for upcoming projects., • Utilize downtime to inspect, repair, and prepare equipment., • Keep company vehicles, trailers, tools, and work areas clean and organized., • Complete project reports, maintenance logs, and documentation accurately and on time., • Submit expense reports promptly and accurately.Safety & Professional Development, • Follow all company and customer safety requirements., • Promote a culture of safety and accountability., • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs., • Continuously expand your technical knowledge and skillset.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications, • High School Diploma or equivalent., • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities., • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems., • Ability to work independently with limited supervision., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Clean driving record., • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working outdoors., • Willingness to travel on short notice and occasionally work extended assignments., • Comfortable working overtime and participating in on-call rotations when required., • Ability to use computers, tablets, and mobile technology for reporting and documentation.Preferred Qualifications, • Two years of technical school training or equivalent field experience., • Experience servicing HVAC, restoration, climate control, rental, or mechanical systems., • Knowledge of pneumatics and industrial equipment., • Experience towing trailers and transporting equipment., • Familiarity with commercial and industrial job sites., • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.The Ideal Candidate You are a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with equipment, helping customers, and taking ownership of your work.
