Job Description Overview: The Trauma Recovery Center (TRC) of Rising Ground understands the importance of removing barriers to care and providing trauma-informed services. Through this dedication, the TRC aims to transform services for survivors of violent crime. Rising Ground’s TRC is designed to help victims of violent crimes overcome barriers to accessing mental health treatment, health care, and legal resources in the acute aftermath of trauma. The TRC supports recent victims of violent crime, including survivors of physical assault, sexual assault, gun shot wounds, stabbings, domestic violence and human trafficking. The Trauma Recovery Center facilitates healing for survivors of trauma, violence, and loss through an innovative model that blends comprehensive care, advocacy and outreach. Position Summary: The Lead Clinical Social Worker/Therapist of the Trauma Recovery Center (TRC) will provide clinical intakes, assessments, planning and implementing individual and group psychotherapy, assertive outreach, and clinical case management services, using evidence based practices that are effective for the service population and supervise other clinicians as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for social justice and anti-oppressive practice, ample experience providing clinical services to survivors of trauma, and a desire to work collaboratively with a team of creative and committed advocates. All candidates must have a strong understanding of trauma-based work and have experience providing crisis intervention and emotional support to trauma survivors. Core Responsibilities: Clinical Intervention, Consultation, Psychotherapy, Liaison, Outreach and Case Management: • Conducts clinical intakes of new clients using a trauma-informed approach and identifies service needs when appropriate. Responsibilities • Own and manage Elite's strategic sales alliance partners, serving as the primary relationship lead., • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through active co-selling and deal collaboration., • Execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including enablement, campaigns, and field engagement., • Partner closely with Sales leadership and account teams to embed alliances into active opportunities., • Enable partners through training, sales tools, messaging, and ongoing readiness., • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact., • Coordinate closely with Services on any Partner activities pertaining to the Premier Partners and their delivery of the Elite solution., • Collaborate with Marketing on joint events, webinars, and partner-facing content., • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Customer Success to ensure partner alignment and delivery success., • Support partner agreement negotiation and lifecycle management in coordination with Legal and Finance., • Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience., • 6–8 years of experience in sales alliances, partnerships, business development, or related roles within SaaS or enterprise technology., • Strong proficiency and understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and partner co-sell motions., • Proven ability to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue., • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills., • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority., • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking pipeline and partner performance metrics., • Experience in legal technology, professional services, or ERP ecosystems preferred., • Experience working with CRM and pipeline reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce)., • Ability to travel up to 25–50% as business needs require, including internationally., • Role requires the following physical capacity: Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work., • Competitive Compensation Package ($180,000 - $225,000 base salary + variable component), • Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage (Health, Dental, Vision), • Retirement Savings Plan with an Employer Contribution, • Professional Development Opportunities, • Time Off, • Wellness Initiatives, • Employee Assistance Program, • Generous Global Parental Leave, • Calm, free premium subscription Additional Information At Elite Technology, we embrace an employee-centric, flexible work model that empowers you to do your best work in the environment that suits you.
