Medical Assistant – Functional & Integrative Medicine Clinic IWC Primary Care | Spring Valley, CA | On-Site IWC Primary Care is seeking a thoughtful, disciplined, and growth-oriented Medical Assistant to join our functional and integrative medicine team. Our clinic environment is intentionally structured—not rushed, not chaotic, and not high-volume. Instead, we prioritize quality over quantity, longer visits, deeper clinical engagement, and meaningful patient relationships. This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant who is looking to do more than room patients. These applicants will be strongly preferred and heavily weighted in our selection process because our model rewards curiosity, analytical thinking, and a desire to grow intellectually within the medical profession.
