Job Description Arbitration Specialist – Nissan North America (via Kelly Services) Location: Franklin, TN Pay Rate: $27.80/hour Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Thursday 8am-5pm (flexible by an hour), Remote on Fridays Quarterly Bonus: $1,500 potential (dependent on KPI performance) Are you ready to make your next great career move? Kelly Services, in collaboration with Nissan North America, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Arbitration Specialist. In this important role, you'll evaluate, manage, and negotiate cases related to Lemon Law and breach of warranty issues, working closely with the Better Business Bureau, regulatory agencies, legal counsel, and consumers. Key Responsibilities: • Assess incoming Lemon Law and breach of warranty cases from the BBB Autoline, agencies, attorneys, dealerships, and consumers., • Negotiate settlements and repurchases with consumers, dealerships, and other parties., • Represent Nissan North America in arbitration hearings, delivering strong and persuasive presentations., • Manage voluntary and mandated repurchase/replacement processes within required timelines., • Coordinate appointments between dealers, customers, and factory representatives., • Ensure legal compliance with state and industry regulations in reviewing and resolving cases.Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s Degree (required—no exceptions), • Ability to manage 30–50 cases simultaneously., • Minimum one year of related professional experience; automotive claims adjusting, case management, or arbitration experience strongly preferred., • Exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills., • Strong verbal and written communication proficiency., • Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel., • Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity to balance multiple priorities.What’s in it for You?, • Competitive pay with potential for long-term growth within Nissan after one year., • 16 paid holidays., • 10–15 days of paid time off., • Enhanced medical benefits., • Access to Kelly Perks Discount Program., • Weekly pay structure.
