Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate architectural drawings, construction documents, and detailed plans using Revit, • Interpret redlines and work closely with designers, engineers, and permitting agencies, • Ensure all plans comply with Florida Building Codes and local jurisdictional requirements, • Assist in plan revisions, shop drawing reviews, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors, • Maintain organized drawing sets, project files, and version control, • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate project requirements and resolve technical issues., • Revise and update drawings as needed, ensuring all modifications meet client and regulatory standards., • Conduct code analysis and incorporate relevant requirements into project documentation., • 3–5 years of architectural drafting experience in residential construction, • Associate degree or equivalent in Architecture, Drafting, or related field., • Strong proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus), • Solid understanding of Florida Building Codes, • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and permit requirements, • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines, • Familiarity with construction documentation standards and detailing practices., • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications, • Additional certifications in architectural drafting or building codes., • Experience with 3D rendering software or building information modeling (BIM)., • Experience with custom homes is highly preferred, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:, • Competitive salary based on experience, • Opportunities to work on high-end custom residential projects, • Supportive, team-oriented work environment, • Health, dental, and vision insurance and 401(k), • Paid time off and holidays, • Professional development opportunitiesIf you are a highly skilled architectural drafter working in Revit with a passion for residential construction and a keen understanding of Florida’s building codes, we invite you to apply and join our team!
