Brief Description: The Sleep Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is responsible for executing the Oxybate market access business plan pertaining to the assigned geography, working with provider offices and outpatient care centers to ensure both providers and their staff are educated on payer and reimbursement policies and procedures, as well as providing expertise on the REMS program and patient support services. The ARM will work in collaboration with Field Sales, Sales Management, Patient Support Services, Managed Markets, Trade & Distribution, internal commercial teams, and other cross-functional partners to achieve the business unit objectives. The ARM will also develop relationships with all key personnel, targeted physicians, office managers, and staff vital to making Jazz's products accessible within key customer accounts. Job Description Director, Quality Systems & Compliance (Remote) About Immuneering Immuneering (Nasdaq: IMRX) is a clinical-stage oncology company developing medicines for broad populations of cancer patients. Our initial aim is to develop a universal-RAS therapy, an approach designed to include patients with solid tumors driven by any mutation in KRAS, NRAS, or HRAS. About the Role We're looking for a Staff User Researcher to lead strategic research across Nourish's patient and provider ecosystems. You'll uncover insights that guide product direction, improve clinical and patient experiences, and shape how nutrition care is delivered at scale. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who's comfortable working autonomously on ambiguous, high-impact questions—equally strong at fieldwork and at influencing senior stakeholders. You'll partner closely with design, product, and clinical leadership to ensure every decision is grounded in a deep understanding of both sides of our marketplace: patients seeking help and dietitians providing care. This person will join our small design team and report directly to our Head of Design. We care deeply about our work, but we try not to take ourselves too seriously. This role is responsible for how patients log, build habits, and stay consistently engaged day to day. The focus is on the input layer: logging accuracy, speed, habit formation, and short-term goals that drive retention and enable meaningful downstream outcomes. You will own the core mechanics that make Nourish sticky, from meal, hydration, and exercise logging to AI-enabled nudges, insights, and personalization embedded directly in the engagement experience. This role builds the systems and feedback loops that help patients take consistent action and generate high-quality signals across the platform. This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility). Our office is in the heart of Flatiron.
